Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, through Erik Dalton’s Freedom From Pain Institute is a unique hands-on bodywork system designed to restore function, relieve pain, rebalance and reeducate the body. It focuses on structural alignment and muscular balance. Therapists are taught to recognize common strain patterns and correct them to restore order and bring balance to the body before the presence of pain. Certification requires 210 hours of advanced medical massage instruction.
