Erik Dalton is a world-renowned educator and author in the field of manual therapy. He created Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques and educates massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists and other bodyworkers on advanced techniques for pain management and posture correction.

Dalton combines elements of osteopathy, massage and movement science to address chronic pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction. His work emphasizes the role of fascia, joint mechanics and neuromuscular re-education in achieving long-term pain relief.

Judy is a Master Myoskeletal Alignment therapist, Erik Dalton's highest level of certification. She was one of the first ten to receive the certification and was head teacher's assistant and lead trainer for Dalton Myoskeletal.

2019-2024 she traveled across the country and internationally to work at continuing education workshops where some years she averaged 150 continuing education hours with Dalton Myoskeletal.
